​TTAI is proud to support the communities where our team members live and work. Through donations, volunteer efforts, local partnerships, and annual giving initiatives, we strive to make a positive impact beyond our walls. From supporting food banks to participating in community events, TTAI remains committed to helping strengthen the communities around us.
TTAI team members help distribute Thanksgiving turkeys during our annual team member appreciation event. Team members may choose to take their turkey home or donate it to a local food bank.
​Supporting education and workforce development is an important part of TTAI’s commitment to the community. Through partnerships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations, TTAI helps students explore career opportunities in engineering, advanced manufacturing, and manufacturing operations. Facility tours, career days, and hands-on learning experiences give students a closer look at the technology, teamwork, and problem-solving involved in modern manufacturing. These efforts help prepare students for future careers while supporting the continued growth of a strong local and regional workforce.

TTAI has adopted a very aggressive community involvement stance. It's an honor to be involved in many community events and initiatives, not only through financial support, but also by encouraging our Team Members to actively serve on local boards and participate in local events. We intend not only to keep this pace in the future but to increase our participation and activity within the community. Each year, TTAI participates in the local Christmas parade by building a new float from the ground up to fit the year's parade theme. Team Members build the float, dress the part, and provide candy and joy to the community.
